1. Overview

MyMapLog is a local-first personal map log app provided by AHopeBit. It lets users save places, create place-based logs and diary entries with optional personal photos, review day routes derived from those logs, search Google Maps and Google Places, import user-selected Google Maps Takeout place data, and export or restore user-controlled backups.

Most user-created data remains on the user's device. Data leaves the device only when a feature or integrated service requires it, such as Google Maps and Places, Google-served advertising, user-initiated sharing or backup export, or submitting a support inquiry.

2. Data Processed by MyMapLog

2.1 Data Stored on the Device

MyMapLog may store the following data in the app's local storage:

• Saved places, including place names, latitude and longitude, address snapshots, Google place IDs, favorite status, pin groups, personal ratings, and timestamps
• Place logs, including titles, memos, types, statuses, tags, dates, schedules, and timestamps
• Personal photos that the user selects for a log. MyMapLog stores normalized app copies and thumbnails in app-specific storage and does not modify or delete the originals in the user's photo library
• Diary entries linked to places or logs, including text, mood, tags, dates, and timestamps
• App settings, including map style, distance unit, and text size
• Recent search terms
• Support inquiry copies, including category, subject, message, an email address only when the user chooses to provide one, app version, device and Android version information, locale, timestamps, reply status, and the technical ticket information required to retrieve or post replies
• Information needed to keep inquiry replies connected and protect the support service from misuse

MyMapLog does not currently provide a MyMapLog account, login, cloud sync, or server backup service.

2.2 Foreground Location

MyMapLog requests approximate or precise foreground location permission only when a user uses a location-based feature, such as showing or centering the map on the current location.

Location may be used to:

• Show the user's current location on the map
• Move the map camera to the current location
• Save a user-selected place or coordinate
• Display distance-related context when available

MyMapLog does not request background location permission in the current release.

2.3 Google Maps and Google Places

MyMapLog uses Google Maps Platform to display maps, search for places, load selected place details, and show place photos when available. When these features are used, Google may process map interactions, search queries, selected place IDs, location-related signals, and device, app, and network information needed to provide the service.

Place information returned to MyMapLog may include a place name, formatted address, coordinate, Google place ID, photo metadata, and a photo URL. MyMapLog temporarily caches some place details and photo results on the device to reduce duplicate requests and improve performance.

Google processes this data under the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

2.4 Support Inquiries

Support inquiry submission is optional. The main map and logging features remain available without submitting an inquiry.

Before submission, the inquiry form displays an in-app notice explaining that the inquiry and basic app and device information will be sent to AHopeBit Support and that a copy will be stored on the device. An email address is not required. If the user leaves the email field blank, no email address is included in the inquiry.

When the user selects Submit Inquiry, MyMapLog sends the following data over HTTPS to AHopeBit's support system so that AHopeBit can receive, manage, and respond to the inquiry:

• Email address, only when the user voluntarily provides it
• Inquiry category, subject, message, and follow-up replies
• App version
• Device model and Android version
• App language and country/locale information
• Submission timestamp and the device's UTC offset at that time
• Technical identifiers needed to keep the inquiry and its replies connected and to prevent misuse

Service providers may process technical network information, including the source IP address and request metadata, to deliver and secure the request. MyMapLog stores a local copy and the information needed to continue the inquiry. Clearing app data, restoring a backup that does not contain the inquiry, or uninstalling the app may make existing replies inaccessible from the app.

2.5 Backup Files

MyMapLog provides a data-only JSON backup and a separate data-and-photos .mymaplog backup. When the user starts an export and chooses a file location, the backup may include:

• Saved places, coordinates, localized address snapshots, and personal ratings
• Place logs, memos, tags, dates, schedules, and diary entries
• Pin groups and app settings
• Support inquiry copies, including an email address only when the user provided one, device information, reply status, and information needed to continue the inquiry
• Personal log photos only when the user selects the data-and-photos backup option. Google-provided place photos and generated thumbnails are not included

The user controls where the file is stored, shared, restored, or deleted. Data-only JSON backups do not include personal log photos. Data-and-photos backups are not encrypted and can contain sensitive location, memo, inquiry, and personal photo data, so they should be stored securely.

2.6 Google Maps Takeout Import Files

When the user selects a Google Maps Takeout ZIP or related JSON file for import, MyMapLog reads the selected file on the device to prepare an import preview. The app may use saved or labeled place names, coordinates, addresses, country codes, Google Maps links, saved timestamps, and the user's own place ratings to match or create places.

Takeout comments and review text are not imported as MyMapLog logs or memos. The selected archive and raw Google Maps links are not stored in MyMapLog's app database, and the Takeout file is not uploaded to AHopeBit or another third party by this import feature.

2.7 Google AdMob and Advertising Privacy Choices

MyMapLog uses Google AdMob to display a native ad in the app's exit confirmation interface. The app requests the user's current advertising consent status when it starts and requests an ad only when Google's User Messaging Platform indicates that advertising requests are allowed.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share the following information for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
• App and ad interactions, including app launches, taps, and video views
• Diagnostic information, including app or SDK performance, launch time, hang rate, and energy usage
• Device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other applicable device identifiers

Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads depending on the user's consent choices, regional requirements, device settings, and Google's configuration. MyMapLog does not send saved places, logs, memos, precise foreground location, support inquiries, or Google Maps Takeout content to AdMob for ad targeting.

Where required, MyMapLog displays Google's consent message before requesting ads and provides an Ad privacy choices entry in Settings so the user can review or change available choices. Consent choices may be stored on the device by Google's consent SDK. Users can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID through Android system settings.

Google processes advertising data under the Google Privacy Policy and applicable Google advertising and publisher policies.

3. Purposes of Processing

MyMapLog processes data only as needed to:

• Provide map, location, place search, place detail, and photo features requested by the user
• Save, display, organize, import, export, and restore the user's place records and optional personal log photos
• Display and measure advertising when permitted, honor applicable advertising privacy choices, and prevent advertising fraud and abuse
• Submit support inquiries, provide replies, and maintain continuity of the user's support thread
• Protect the support service against excessive, automated, or abusive requests
• Maintain app and service security and comply with applicable legal obligations

Where applicable, processing is based on the user's request or consent, performance of the requested app or support function, and AHopeBit's legitimate interest in operating and securing the app and responding to support requests.

4. Storage and Retention

• Local app data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears app storage, restores replacement data, or uninstalls the app.
• Personal photo copies stored by MyMapLog are removed when their log or place is deleted, when replacement data is restored, when app storage is cleared, or when the app is uninstalled. The original files in the user's photo library are not removed by MyMapLog.
• Exported backup files remain at the user-selected location until the user deletes them.
• Remotely submitted support inquiry content is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain support history, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. AHopeBit deletes or anonymizes it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
• Service providers process and retain technical service and security data according to their applicable terms, privacy policies, and AHopeBit's service configuration.
• Google processes Maps and Places data according to Google's policies.
• Google processes AdMob and consent data according to Google's advertising, consent, retention, and privacy policies.

Deleting local app data does not automatically delete a support inquiry already delivered to AHopeBit's support system.

5. Service Providers and Data Disclosure

MyMapLog does not sell personal data. MyMapLog displays Google-served advertising but does not create an independent AHopeBit advertising profile from saved places, logs, memos, precise foreground location, support inquiries, or imported Takeout content.

The current release uses these service providers:

• Google LLC / Google Maps Platform: map display, foreground current-location map features, place search, place details, and place photos
• Google LLC / Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform: advertising delivery and measurement, advertising privacy choices, consent management, diagnostics, and fraud prevention
• Cloudflare, Inc.: HTTPS support relay, traffic delivery, security, and request-rate protection
• Slack Technologies, LLC, a Salesforce company: support inquiry delivery, support-thread management, and replies

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies and, where applicable, on AHopeBit's behalf and instructions.

If the user chooses the app's share function, the generated text may contain a place name, memo excerpt, address, app link, and Google Maps fallback URL. The user chooses the destination app or recipient.

6. International Processing

Google, Cloudflare, and Slack may process data in countries outside the user's country of residence, including the United States. Where required, the relevant provider and AHopeBit rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international processing.

7. Security

MyMapLog uses measures appropriate to the current service, including:

• Android app sandboxing for local app storage
• HTTPS/TLS for support and Google service communication
• Server-side storage of support-service credentials so they are not shipped in the Android app
• Protected identifiers for retrieving and continuing inquiry replies
• Request size and request-rate controls on the support service
• Disabled automatic Android cloud backup for MyMapLog app data

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. User-created JSON and .mymaplog backups are outside MyMapLog's app sandbox after export and must be protected by the user.

8. User Choices and Rights

Users can:

• Deny location permission and continue using non-location-dependent map, search, list, detail, backup, and restore features
• Delete saved places, logs, diary entries, and recent searches in the app
• Export or restore a data-only JSON backup or a data-and-photos .mymaplog backup
• Add, reorder, or remove personal photos attached to a log without changing the originals in the device photo library
• Select a Google Maps Takeout ZIP or JSON file for on-device preview and import
• Review or change available advertising privacy choices in Settings where required
• Reset or delete the Android advertising ID through Android system settings
• Delete exported backup files from the selected storage location
• Clear Android app storage or uninstall the app to remove local app data
• Submit an inquiry without providing an email address, or optionally provide one for contact
• Request access to or deletion of a remotely submitted support inquiry by contacting AHopeBit

Because AHopeBit cannot directly access data that exists only on the user's device, the user must delete local-only data through the app, Android storage settings, backup-file storage, or uninstall.

For a remote support inquiry request, include enough information to locate the inquiry, such as its short ID, subject, approximate submission date, and the email address used, if any. AHopeBit may request reasonable verification and may retain limited information where required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

9. Children

MyMapLog is not directed to children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child submitted personal information through support, they may contact AHopeBit to request review and deletion where applicable.

10. Account and Data Deletion

MyMapLog does not provide an app account or login feature.

To delete local app data:

1. Delete individual records in the app, or
2. Clear MyMapLog storage in Android system settings, or
3. Uninstall MyMapLog.

To delete a user-created backup, delete the JSON file from the location where it was saved.

To request deletion of a support inquiry already submitted to AHopeBit, email the address below with the inquiry-identifying information described in Section 8.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when MyMapLog changes its features, permissions, providers, storage model, or release scope. The latest version and update date will be posted on the privacy policy page.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply when you use MyMapLog, a personal map and place-log app provided by AHopeBit. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

MyMapLog lets you search and save places, create place-based logs and diary entries with optional personal photos, review day routes derived from your logs, import user-selected Google Maps Takeout place data, and export or restore user-controlled backups. The current service does not provide a MyMapLog account, cloud sync, or server backup.

3. Your Content and Backups

You are responsible for the text, records, and personal photos you add, the places you save, and the backup files you export. You must have the right to use any photo you attach. MyMapLog keeps an app-specific normalized copy of an attached photo and does not modify or delete the original in your device photo library.

Keep sensitive location, diary, photo, and backup data secure. Restoring a backup can replace current app data, so review the selected file before continuing. A data-only JSON backup excludes personal photos. A data-and-photos .mymaplog backup can contain sensitive location, memo, inquiry, and personal photo data and is not encrypted.

Do not use MyMapLog to store or share content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or harms another person.

4. Maps and Third-Party Services

MyMapLog includes Google Maps features and content for maps, place search, place details, and place photos. By using those features and content, you agree that their use is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Map, place, address, and photo information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Verify important information directly with the relevant place or service provider before relying on it.

Advertising privacy choices and consent messages are provided separately where required. Support inquiries and advertising-related data processing are described in the Privacy Policy above.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app or related services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, automate excessive requests, or use the app in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.

6. Availability and Responsibility

MyMapLog is provided on an as-available basis. AHopeBit may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service changes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AHopeBit is not responsible for losses caused by user-managed backup files, inaccurate third-party map information, unavailable external services, or use of the app contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes and Contact

These terms may be updated when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be posted on this page.

사용자가 작성한 대부분의 데이터는 기기에 보관됩니다. Google Maps 및 Places 이용, Google이 제공하는 광고, 사용자가 직접 실행하는 공유 또는 백업 내보내기, 지원 문의 제출처럼 기능 또는 연동 서비스에 필요한 경우에만 데이터가 기기 밖으로 전송됩니다.

2. MyMapLog가 처리하는 데이터

2.1 기기에 저장되는 데이터

MyMapLog는 다음 데이터를 앱의 로컬 저장 영역에 저장할 수 있습니다.

• 저장 장소: 장소명, 위도와 경도, 주소 스냅샷, Google 장소 ID, 즐겨찾기 여부, 핀 그룹, 개인 별점, 생성·수정 시각

• 사용자가 로그에 첨부하기 위해 선택한 개인 사진. MyMapLog는 정규화한 앱 사본과 썸네일을 앱 전용 저장 영역에 보관하며, 기기 사진 보관함의 원본을 변경하거나 삭제하지 않습니다.
• 장소 또는 로그에 연결된 일기: 본문, 기분, 태그, 날짜, 생성·수정 시각
• 앱 설정: 지도 스타일, 거리 단위, 글자 크기
• 최근 검색어
• 문의 사본: 카테고리, 제목, 메시지, 사용자가 선택하여 입력한 경우에만 이메일 주소, 앱 버전, 기기 및 Android 버전 정보, 언어·지역 정보, 접수 시각, 답변 상태, 답변 조회·전송에 필요한 기술적 티켓 정보
• 문의 답변을 이어서 확인하고 문의 서비스의 오용을 방지하는 데 필요한 정보

현재 MyMapLog는 MyMapLog 계정, 로그인, 클라우드 동기화 또는 서버 백업 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.

2.2 포그라운드 위치

MyMapLog는 현재 위치 표시 또는 현재 위치로 지도 이동과 같은 위치 기능을 사용자가 실행할 때에만 대략적 또는 정확한 포그라운드 위치 권한을 요청합니다.

위치 정보는 다음 목적으로 사용될 수 있습니다.

• 지도에 현재 위치 표시
• 지도를 현재 위치로 이동
• 사용자가 선택한 장소 또는 좌표 저장
• 사용 가능한 경우 거리 관련 정보 표시

현재 릴리즈의 MyMapLog는 백그라운드 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

2.3 Google Maps 및 Google Places

MyMapLog는 지도 표시, 장소 검색, 선택한 장소의 기본 정보 확인, 장소 사진 표시를 위해 Google Maps Platform을 사용합니다. 이 기능을 사용할 때 Google은 서비스 제공에 필요한 지도 상호작용, 검색어, 선택한 장소 ID, 위치 관련 신호, 기기·앱·네트워크 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

MyMapLog가 Google로부터 받는 장소 정보에는 장소명, 형식화된 주소, 좌표, Google 장소 ID, 사진 메타데이터 및 사진 URL이 포함될 수 있습니다. MyMapLog는 중복 요청을 줄이고 성능을 개선하기 위해 일부 장소 상세 정보와 사진 결과를 기기에 일시적으로 캐시합니다.

Google의 데이터 처리에는 Google Maps Platform 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

2.4 지원 문의

지원 문의 제출은 선택 사항이며, 문의를 제출하지 않아도 지도와 기록의 주요 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

제출 전에 문의 작성 화면에서 문의 내용과 기본 앱·기기 정보가 AHopeBit 고객지원으로 전송되고 문의 사본이 기기에 저장된다는 내용을 안내합니다. 이메일 주소는 필수 항목이 아닙니다. 사용자가 이메일 입력란을 비워 두면 문의에 이메일 주소가 포함되지 않습니다.

사용자가 문의 제출을 선택하면, AHopeBit가 문의를 접수·관리·답변할 수 있도록 다음 데이터가 HTTPS를 통해 AHopeBit의 고객지원 시스템으로 전송됩니다.

• 사용자가 선택하여 입력한 경우에만 이메일 주소
• 문의 카테고리, 제목, 메시지 및 추가 답변
• 앱 버전
• 기기 모델 및 Android 버전
• 앱 언어 및 국가·지역 정보
• 접수 시각과 해당 시각의 기기 UTC 오프셋
• 문의와 답변을 연결하고 서비스 오용을 방지하는 데 필요한 기술적 식별 정보

서비스 제공자는 요청 전달과 보안을 위해 접속 IP 주소와 요청 메타데이터 등 기술적 네트워크 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. MyMapLog는 문의 사본과 답변을 이어서 확인하는 데 필요한 정보를 기기에 저장합니다. 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나, 해당 문의가 없는 백업으로 복원하거나, 앱을 제거하면 기존 답변을 앱에서 다시 확인하지 못할 수 있습니다.

2.5 백업 파일

MyMapLog는 데이터 전용 JSON 백업과 데이터 및 사진을 포함하는 별도의 .mymaplog 백업을 제공합니다. 사용자가 내보내기를 실행하고 저장 위치를 선택하면 백업에는 다음 데이터가 포함될 수 있습니다.

• 저장 장소, 좌표, 언어별 주소 스냅샷 및 개인 별점
• 장소 로그, 메모, 태그, 날짜, 일정 및 일기
• 핀 그룹과 앱 설정
• 문의 사본, 사용자가 입력한 경우에만 이메일 주소, 기기 정보, 답변 상태 및 문의를 이어서 확인하는 데 필요한 정보
• 사용자가 데이터 및 사진 백업을 선택한 경우에만 개인 로그 사진. Google 제공 장소 사진과 생성된 썸네일은 포함되지 않습니다.

파일의 저장, 공유, 복원, 삭제 위치는 사용자가 직접 관리합니다. 데이터 전용 JSON 백업에는 개인 로그 사진이 포함되지 않습니다. 데이터 및 사진 백업은 암호화되지 않으며 민감할 수 있는 위치, 메모, 문의 및 개인 사진 정보가 포함될 수 있으므로 안전하게 보관해야 합니다.

2.6 Google Maps 테이크아웃 가져오기 파일

사용자가 Google Maps 테이크아웃 ZIP 또는 관련 JSON 파일을 선택하면 MyMapLog는 가져오기 미리보기를 만들기 위해 선택한 파일을 기기에서 읽습니다. 저장하거나 라벨을 지정한 장소명, 좌표, 주소, 국가 코드, Google Maps 링크, 저장 시각 및 사용자가 직접 남긴 장소 별점을 장소 일치 또는 생성에 사용할 수 있습니다.

테이크아웃의 코멘트와 리뷰 내용은 MyMapLog 로그나 메모로 가져오지 않습니다. 선택한 압축 파일과 원본 Google Maps 링크는 MyMapLog 앱 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않으며, 이 가져오기 기능은 테이크아웃 파일을 AHopeBit 또는 다른 제3자에게 업로드하지 않습니다.

2.7 Google AdMob 및 광고 개인정보 선택

MyMapLog는 앱 종료 확인 화면에 네이티브 광고를 표시하기 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. 앱 시작 시 현재 광고 동의 상태를 확인하며, Google User Messaging Platform이 광고 요청을 허용하는 경우에만 광고를 요청합니다.

Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공, 측정, 분석 및 부정행위 방지 목적으로 다음 정보를 자동 수집하고 공유할 수 있습니다.

• 일반적인 위치를 추정하는 데 사용될 수 있는 IP 주소
• 앱 실행, 탭, 동영상 조회 등 앱 및 광고 상호작용
• 앱 또는 SDK 성능, 실행 시간, 멈춤 비율, 에너지 사용량 등 진단 정보
• Android 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID 및 적용 가능한 기타 기기 식별자를 포함한 기기·계정 식별자

Google은 사용자의 동의 선택, 지역별 요구사항, 기기 설정 및 Google의 구성에 따라 맞춤형, 비맞춤형 또는 제한된 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. MyMapLog는 광고 타기팅을 위해 저장 장소, 로그, 메모, 정확한 포그라운드 위치, 지원 문의 또는 Google Maps 테이크아웃 내용을 AdMob에 전송하지 않습니다.

필요한 지역에서는 광고 요청 전에 Google의 동의 메시지를 표시하고, 사용자가 가능한 선택을 다시 확인하거나 변경할 수 있도록 설정에 광고 개인정보 설정 항목을 제공합니다. 동의 선택은 Google의 동의 SDK에 의해 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다. Android 시스템 설정에서 Android 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다.

Google의 광고 데이터 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침과 관련 Google 광고 및 게시자 정책이 적용됩니다.

3. 처리 목적

MyMapLog는 다음 목적에 필요한 범위에서 데이터를 처리합니다.

• 사용자가 요청한 지도, 위치, 장소 검색, 장소 상세 및 사진 기능 제공
• 사용자의 장소 기록과 선택적으로 첨부한 개인 로그 사진 저장, 표시, 정리, 가져오기, 내보내기 및 복원
• 허용된 경우 광고 표시 및 측정, 적용되는 광고 개인정보 선택 반영, 광고 부정행위와 오용 방지
• 지원 문의 제출, 답변 제공 및 문의 대화의 연속성 유지
• 과도하거나 자동화된 요청 및 서비스 악용으로부터 고객지원 서비스 보호
• 앱과 서비스 보안 유지 및 관련 법적 의무 준수

해당되는 경우 처리 근거는 사용자의 요청 또는 동의, 요청한 앱·지원 기능의 제공, 앱 운영과 보안 유지 및 문의 대응을 위한 AHopeBit의 정당한 이익입니다.

4. 저장 및 보관 기간

• 기기 내 앱 데이터는 사용자가 삭제하거나, 앱 저장공간을 삭제하거나, 다른 백업으로 교체 복원하거나, 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관됩니다.
• MyMapLog가 저장한 개인 사진 사본은 연결된 로그나 장소를 삭제하거나, 다른 데이터로 교체 복원하거나, 앱 저장공간을 삭제하거나, 앱을 제거하면 삭제됩니다. MyMapLog는 기기 사진 보관함의 원본 파일을 삭제하지 않습니다.

• 원격으로 제출된 문의 내용은 문의 답변, 지원 이력 유지, 분쟁 해결, 서비스 보호 또는 법적 의무에 합리적으로 필요한 기간 동안만 보관하고, 해당 목적에 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제하거나 익명화합니다.
• 서비스 제공자의 기술적 서비스·보안 데이터는 각 제공자의 적용 약관, 개인정보처리방침 및 AHopeBit의 서비스 설정에 따라 처리·보관됩니다.
• Google Maps 및 Places 데이터는 Google의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
• Google AdMob 및 동의 데이터는 Google의 광고, 동의, 보관 및 개인정보 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

기기 내 앱 데이터를 삭제해도 이미 AHopeBit의 고객지원 시스템으로 전달된 문의가 자동으로 삭제되지는 않습니다.

5. 처리 수탁자 및 데이터 제공

MyMapLog는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. MyMapLog는 Google이 제공하는 광고를 표시하지만 저장 장소, 로그, 메모, 정확한 포그라운드 위치, 지원 문의 또는 가져온 테이크아웃 내용으로 AHopeBit의 독자적인 광고 프로필을 만들지 않습니다.

현재 릴리즈는 다음 서비스 제공자를 사용합니다.

• Google LLC / Google Maps Platform: 지도 표시, 포그라운드 현재 위치 지도 기능, 장소 검색, 장소 상세 정보 및 장소 사진
• Google LLC / Google AdMob 및 User Messaging Platform: 광고 제공과 측정, 광고 개인정보 선택, 동의 관리, 진단 및 부정행위 방지
• Cloudflare, Inc.: HTTPS 문의 중계, 트래픽 전달, 보안 및 요청 횟수 제한
• Slack Technologies, LLC(Salesforce 계열사): 문의 전달, 문의 대화 관리 및 답변

각 제공자는 자체 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 따라, 그리고 해당되는 경우 AHopeBit의 지시를 받아 데이터를 처리합니다.

사용자가 앱의 공유 기능을 선택하면 공유 텍스트에 장소명, 메모 일부, 주소, 앱 링크 및 Google Maps 대체 링크가 포함될 수 있습니다. 공유 대상 앱 또는 수신자는 사용자가 직접 선택합니다.

6. 국외 처리

Google, Cloudflare 및 Slack은 미국을 포함하여 사용자의 거주 국가 밖에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 해당 제공자와 AHopeBit는 국외 처리에 적용되는 계약적 또는 법적 보호조치를 사용합니다.

7. 보안

MyMapLog는 현재 서비스에 적합한 다음 보호조치를 사용합니다.

• 기기 내 앱 저장 영역에 대한 Android 앱 샌드박스
• 고객지원 및 Google 서비스 통신에 HTTPS/TLS 사용
• 고객지원 서비스 자격정보를 Android 앱에 포함하지 않고 서버에서 관리
• 문의 답변을 조회하고 이어서 작성하기 위한 보호된 식별 정보 사용
• 고객지원 서비스의 요청 크기 및 요청 횟수 제한
• MyMapLog 앱 데이터의 Android 자동 클라우드 백업 비활성화

어떤 저장 또는 전송 방식도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다. 사용자가 내보낸 JSON 및 .mymaplog 백업은 앱 샌드박스 밖에 저장되므로 사용자가 직접 보호해야 합니다.

8. 사용자 선택과 권리

사용자는 다음을 할 수 있습니다.

• 위치 권한을 거부하고도 위치에 의존하지 않는 지도, 검색, 목록, 상세, 백업 및 복원 기능 사용
• 앱에서 저장 장소, 로그, 일기 및 최근 검색어 삭제
• 데이터 전용 JSON 백업 또는 데이터 및 사진 .mymaplog 백업 내보내기와 복원
• 기기 사진 보관함의 원본을 변경하지 않고 로그에 첨부한 개인 사진 추가, 순서 변경 또는 제거
• Google Maps 테이크아웃 ZIP 또는 JSON 파일을 선택하여 기기에서 미리보기 및 가져오기
• 필요한 경우 설정에서 광고 개인정보 선택을 확인하거나 변경
• Android 시스템 설정에서 Android 광고 ID 재설정 또는 삭제
• 사용자가 선택한 저장 위치에서 내보낸 백업 파일 삭제
• Android 앱 저장공간 삭제 또는 앱 제거를 통해 기기 내 앱 데이터 삭제
• 이메일 주소 없이 문의를 제출하거나, 연락을 위해 이메일 주소를 선택적으로 입력
• AHopeBit에 연락하여 원격으로 제출된 문의의 열람 또는 삭제 요청

AHopeBit는 사용자 기기에만 존재하는 데이터에 직접 접근할 수 없으므로, 로컬 전용 데이터는 앱, Android 저장공간 설정, 백업 파일 저장 위치 또는 앱 제거를 통해 사용자가 직접 삭제해야 합니다.

원격 문의의 열람 또는 삭제를 요청할 때는 문의 짧은 ID, 제목, 대략적인 접수일, 입력한 경우 이메일 주소처럼 문의를 찾을 수 있는 정보를 제공해 주세요. AHopeBit는 합리적인 본인 확인을 요청할 수 있으며, 보안, 분쟁 해결 또는 법적 의무에 필요한 제한된 정보는 보관할 수 있습니다.

9. 아동

MyMapLog는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 보호자가 아동이 문의를 통해 개인정보를 제출했다고 판단하는 경우 AHopeBit에 검토 및 해당되는 범위의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

10. 계정 및 데이터 삭제

MyMapLog는 앱 계정 또는 로그인 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.

기기 내 앱 데이터를 삭제하려면 다음 방법을 사용할 수 있습니다.

1. 앱에서 개별 기록 삭제
2. Android 시스템 설정에서 MyMapLog 앱 저장공간 삭제
3. MyMapLog 앱 제거

사용자가 만든 백업을 삭제하려면 저장한 위치에서 JSON 파일을 삭제해야 합니다.

AHopeBit에 이미 제출된 문의의 삭제를 요청하려면 제8절에 설명된 문의 식별 정보와 함께 아래 이메일로 연락해 주세요.

11. 개인정보 처리방침 변경

MyMapLog의 기능, 권한, 서비스 제공자, 저장 방식 또는 릴리즈 범위가 변경되면 본 방침을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 최신 방침과 업데이트 날짜는 개인정보 처리방침 페이지에 게시됩니다.

1. 약관 동의

본 이용약관은 AHopeBit가 제공하는 개인 지도·장소 기록 앱 MyMapLog 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 사용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 앱을 사용하지 마세요.

2. 제공 기능

MyMapLog는 장소 검색·저장, 선택적인 개인 사진을 포함한 장소 기반 로그와 일기 작성, 로그에서 도출된 일별 경로 확인, 사용자가 선택한 Google Maps 테이크아웃 장소 데이터 가져오기, 사용자 주도 백업 내보내기·복원 기능을 제공합니다. 현재 MyMapLog 계정, 클라우드 동기화 또는 서버 백업은 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 사용자 콘텐츠와 백업

사용자가 작성한 글과 기록, 첨부한 개인 사진, 저장한 장소, 내보낸 백업 파일은 사용자가 직접 관리해야 합니다. 첨부하는 사진을 사용할 권한이 있어야 합니다. MyMapLog는 첨부 사진의 정규화된 앱 전용 사본을 보관하며 기기 사진 보관함의 원본을 변경하거나 삭제하지 않습니다.

민감할 수 있는 위치·일기·사진·백업 데이터를 안전하게 보관하세요. 백업 복원은 현재 앱 데이터를 교체할 수 있으므로 계속하기 전에 선택한 파일을 확인해야 합니다. 데이터 전용 JSON 백업에는 개인 사진이 포함되지 않습니다. 데이터 및 사진 .mymaplog 백업에는 민감한 위치, 메모, 문의 및 개인 사진 데이터가 포함될 수 있으며 암호화되지 않습니다.

불법적인 내용, 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 내용 또는 다른 사람에게 피해를 주는 내용을 저장하거나 공유하는 데 MyMapLog를 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

4. 지도 및 외부 서비스

MyMapLog는 지도, 장소 검색, 장소 상세 정보 및 장소 사진을 위해 Google Maps 기능과 콘텐츠를 포함합니다. 해당 기능과 콘텐츠를 이용하면 현행 Google Maps 최종 사용자 추가 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용되는 것에 동의하게 됩니다.

지도, 장소, 주소 및 사진 정보는 누락되거나 지연되거나 정확하지 않을 수 있습니다. 중요한 정보는 해당 장소나 서비스 제공자를 통해 직접 확인해야 합니다.

광고 개인정보 선택 및 동의 메시지는 필요한 경우 별도로 제공됩니다. 지원 문의와 광고 관련 데이터 처리는 위 개인정보 처리방침에 설명되어 있습니다.

5. 허용되는 이용

앱 또는 관련 서비스를 오용하거나, 권한 없이 접근을 시도하거나, 정상 작동을 방해하거나, 과도한 요청을 자동화하거나, 관련 법률 또는 외부 서비스 약관을 위반해서는 안 됩니다.

6. 서비스 제공 및 책임

MyMapLog는 이용 가능한 상태를 기준으로 제공됩니다. AHopeBit는 유지보수, 보안, 법적 의무 또는 서비스 변경에 합리적으로 필요한 경우 기능을 업데이트·중단·종료할 수 있습니다.

관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 AHopeBit는 사용자가 관리하는 백업 파일, 부정확한 외부 지도 정보, 외부 서비스의 이용 불가 또는 본 약관에 어긋난 앱 사용으로 발생한 손실에 책임을 지지 않습니다. 본 약관은 법률상 배제할 수 없는 사용자의 권리나 구제수단을 제한하지 않습니다.

7. 약관 변경 및 연락처

앱 기능, 서비스 제공자 또는 법적 요구사항이 변경되면 본 약관을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 최신 약관과 업데이트 날짜는 이 페이지에 게시됩니다.
