This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "FeverCare Kids" provided by AHopeBit ("Company").

1. Purpose of Data Processing

  • To provide advertisements through Google AdMob and measure ad performance
  • To analyze anonymous usage statistics and improve app quality
  • To receive and respond to user inquiries through the in-app inquiry feature
    This app does not require user registration or login. Health-related data entered by users (e.g., temperature records, medication history) is stored only on the user's device and is not transmitted to or stored on the Company's servers.2. Information Processed
  • (1) Information Entered by Users (Stored Locally Only)
  • Child's name (profile)
  • Temperature records
  • Fever medication administration time
  • Medication history
    This information is stored locally on the user's device only. It is not transmitted to the Company's servers.(2) Automatically Processed Information for Advertising
  • Advertising identifier (ADID/IDFA)
  • Device information (model, OS version)
  • Ad-related usage information
  • Ad consent status (in regions where Google User Messaging Platform applies, e.g., GDPR)
    These data are processed by Google LLC via Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. The Company does not directly access or store this information.(3) Information Sent When Submitting Customer Support Inquiries (Optional)Only when the user voluntarily submits an inquiry through the in-app inquiry feature, the following data is transmitted to our customer support workspace operated by Slack Technologies, LLC:
  • User-entered nickname
  • Email address (optional, only if entered by the user)
  • Inquiry content (free text written by the user)
  • App version, device model, OS version, language/region (locale)
  • Submission timestamp
    This data is transmitted only at the moment of inquiry submission and is not collected during normal app use.3. Data Retention
  • User-entered records (locally stored): Stored on the device until the user resets data via the in-app function or uninstalls the app.
  • Inquiry messages on Slack: Retained according to the Company's Slack workspace retention policy. Users may request immediate deletion at any time (see Section 7.3).
  • Advertising-related information: Subject to Google AdMob policy.4. Third-Party Sharing and Service ProvidersThe Company does not sell or share user data with third parties for their independent use.
    The Company uses the following service providers (data processors), who process data only on the Company's behalf:
  • Google LLC — for advertising delivery and consent management (see Section 5.1)
  • Slack Technologies, LLC — for customer support, only when the user submits an inquiry (see Section 5.2)
    Data may be disclosed to authorities only when required by law.5. International Data TransferThe Company transfers user data to the following service providers, who may store or process it outside the user's country.5.1 Google LLC (Advertising)

  • Data Processed: User-entered nickname, optional email address, inquiry content, app version, device model, OS version, language/region (locale), submission timestamp
  • Purpose: Receiving and responding to user inquiries through the Company's customer support workspace
  • Method: Encrypted network transmission (HTTPS)6. Local Notification FunctionThe app provides reminders based on temperature entries and medication times. These reminders use the device's local notification system only. No data is transmitted to external servers.7. User Rights and Data DeletionFeverCare Kids stores all user-entered health data (child profiles, temperature records, medication history) only on your device's local storage. No personal health data is transmitted to or stored on the Company's servers.
    You may delete all data at any time using one of the following methods.7.1 In-app deletion (immediate, recommended)

  2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation
  3. Tap Data Management
  4. Tap Reset All Data
  5. Confirm in the two-step confirmation dialog
    This permanently deletes:
  • All registered child profiles
  • All temperature records
  • All medication records
  • All locally stored inquiry history
  • This action is irreversible. There is no recovery option.*7.2 Uninstalling the appUninstalling FeverCare Kids removes all locally stored data automatically.7.3 Inquiry messages on our support systemInquiries delivered to our Slack support workspace are subject to our workspace retention policy. To request immediate deletion before automatic expiration, email ahopebit.labs@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your inquiry reference number (shown as INQUIRY #... in the in-app inquiry detail screen). Upon receipt, the Company will delete the corresponding Slack message and any thread replies promptly.
    Slack Technologies may retain deleted messages in its system backups for up to 30 days, after which they are permanently purged. This retention is governed by Slack's own policy and is outside the Company's control.7.4 Advertising dataAdvertising-related data (advertising identifier, device information, ad-related usage data) is processed by Google LLC via Google AdMob and is governed by Google's privacy policy. To limit personalized advertising on your device:
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"Data Deletion Summary
